naked legs

Por lo menos en el norte, cuesta mucho decidirse a quitarse las medias. Yo, durante estos días de calor anormal que hemos disfrutado, ni me lo he pensado y por primera vez en Abril me he puesto shorts sin medias, pero para looks muy casual, para pasear por el puerto, salir a navegar y aprovechar los primeros rayos de sol. Sin embargo, no me veo en la oficina sin medias aún, de hecho el viernes pasado me monté en el coche sin ellas y me las puse por el camino!

At least here in the North, it's still hard to decide not to wear tights. Last unsual warm days I indeed dared, my first time in April, wear shorts without tights, for a casual look, to have a walk in the harbour, go sailing, but I still don't feel like going to the office without them. Last week I left home without and put them on in the car!

A mí las medias que más me gustan son las tupidas, pero las veo demasiado gorditas para días de sol, aunque tampoco hace demasiado calor, ni mis piernas están lo suficientemente bronceadas como para ir sin ellas desde primera hora de la mañana.

The kind of tights I like most are the close-woven, but I find them too thick for sunny days, though it is not very warm in the morning yet, neither my legs are tanned enough!

Además no os parece a vosotras que es difícil combinar la ropa de primavera con medias? Por eso voy a echar un ojo a lo que están llevando las bloggers y street stylers estos días. Tocará sufrir para enseñar pierna o aún es “válido” ir con las piernas tapaditas?

Moreover, don't you find difficult to combine them with springly garments? Thus, I'm going to have a look to what Bloggers and Street stylers are wearing these days. Is it time to suffer and show the white skin or is it still valid to wear covered legs?

Flores: es el print primaveral por excelencia por lo tanto me gusta más sin medias, se puede cubrir la pierna con botas y darle un estilo boho al look.

Flowers: it's the king print of the spring, so I prefer it without tigths, you can cover your legs with boots for a boho style.

Blanco: puede ser un look invernal con medias oscuras en contraste, o muy veraniego sin medias, eso sí, mejor con piernas bronceadas.

White: it can be a winter outfit with dark contrast tights or very summer-like without, but please, better with tanned legs.

Color Block: me gusta más sin medias, pero la verdad es que mi falda verde la llevo siempre con medias tupidas en contraste!

Color Block: I like it more without tights, but to be honest, I wear my bright green skirt with dark thick ones!

Ante/Cuero: no podía dejar pasar los outfits de Collage Vintage, ambos perfectos con o sin medias la piel es muy fácil de combinar.

Suede/Leather: I couldn't forget these two outfits of Collage Vintage, both perfect with or without, leather clothers are easy to combine.

Mini: me gusta mucho más con medias, las de plumetti como las de Jewel son una buena alternativa.

Mini: I like it more with tights, these polka-dots tights worn by Jewel are a very good alternative.

Shorts: hasta hace muy poco no los concebía con medias, pero ahora me encantan la combinación shorts + leotardos.

Denim: es algo tan versátil que va bien con o sin medias.

Little Black Dress: me gusta con medias tupidas a juego con los zapatos, pero con unas buenas piernas sin medias se gana mucho.

No sé a vosotras, pero a mí me gustan más el efecto piernas “al aire”, es más primaveral, aunque hay prendas que piden medias a gritos… de todos modos, a mí me toca esperar…

Gerenally speaking, I do prefer the "naked legs" effect, it's more spring-like, though many garments are asking for tights...anyway, I'll have to wait...
